Looking for ideas for a fall bridal shower? Check these out!
While there are many bridal shower ideas that are appropriate for fall bridal showers, if you’re planning a fall bridal shower and want some seasonal tips and ideas, here you go!
Fall Locations and Styles
If the weather is still warm (or just now cool enough to enjoy!), you might consider an outdoor shower. Weather permitting, a fall picnic or backyard-around-a-fire party would be seasonally appropriate choices.
If it’s cold outside, consider a location that not only is warm enough (indoors), but feels “warm and cozy.”
Fall Themes
For some reason fall makes me think of food more than any other season, so I’m going to suggest a kitchen shower or a food-focused shower theme. Other ideas include “When two people fall in love” and “Cozy Autumn.” Find more ideas here: Fall Bridal Shower Theme Ideas.
Fall Color Schemes
Fall colors are pretty specific (and obvious), so I won’t go into detail here. Just choose fall colors that the bride actually likes. However, these posts might come in handy if your color scheme includes brown:

Fall Flowers
Use flowers and greenery from your yard or a friend’s yard. Or if you purchase flowers, choose those that are in season where you live.
Fall Produce
Use seasonal produce to decorate. This is a great option if you have a garden or orchard, but it works even if you have to buy the produce. You can always eat it later! Use what’s currently in your garden or see what farmer’s markets have to offer. Pumpkins and apples are great choices, but there are other options too. If the shower has a kitchen, food, homesteading, or similar theme you can get away with more unusual edible decor choices (like a sack of potatoes!).

Seasonal Decor
Use home decor you would use for normally use in the fall. This could be generic fall decor or something more specific to Thanksgiving (minus the turkeys and “happy thanksgivings,” of course!). Fall arrangements, leaves, pumpkins, and more could translate into bridal shower decor.
Fall Bridal Shower Tips
Pay Attention to the Weather
Temperatures may fall (no pun intended!) considerably over just a few weeks. In some areas, temperatures may be erratic. Be careful with outdoor events, and make sure you’re prepared for unexpected changes.
If you are planning an outdoor party, what is the weather normally like that time of year? Should you expect wind or rain? Could it even turn cold enough for snow?
Speaking of snow, for any shower (indoor or out) consider possible snow, sleet, or freezing rain that could interfere with travel.
