These printable gift record sheet sets from my Etsy shop (Keeping Home) include sheets for wedding showers, bridal showers, AND wedding gifts! And did I mention they’re pretty? 😉
Each wedding shower and bridal shower gift record sheet includes a space for the date, location, hostess, and theme. Columns included are gifts, quantity, description/notes, giver, and check box to check off when a thank you note has been sent.
In the first column, add a number for each gift so that you can easily know the total number of gifts and so that gifts can take up more than one line, when necessary, without causing confusion.

Wedding gifts record sheets include pagination (page ____ of ____) and a space for notes (maybe you want to categorize gifts?).
