Important: this post contains images in the form of embedded Pinterest pins. If Pinterest is not working properly, these pins/images will not appear. If this happens, I suggest coming back to the post a few hours later.

A few other things to note before you proceed:

1) Modest wedding dresses in these lower prices ranges are often sold online/mail order. That’s not the ideal way to buy a wedding dress because, duh, you can’t try it on (or if you can try it on through a try on program it will probably cost you). However, that may turn out to be your best option. Just make sure you think through your decision carefully and read all the policies.

2) Inclusion in this price category is based on the price listed in the dress description at the time that I visited the site to obtain that information. Prices can change!

3) When I give the sizes in inches (like this 32/25/35) that means bust/waist/hip measurements.

The Epoch Collection

From Emma Bridals

EBED053 is a satin tea length gown, intended as a mother of the bride dress. But why not a bride? It features a high neck and cap sleeves, along with a sparkling crystal waistband. Available in white or ivory (shown in Rose).

Size range appears to be 0 (32.5/25.5/35.5) to 28 (60/54/62).

From Virtuous Prom

Virtuous Prom wedding dresses are sold online through their website.

Hyacinth is a Bohemian style wedding dress made from soft white French lace. Tiered skirt and high neckline.

Small (34.5/27/38) to Large (40.5/33/43).

Kimberly is a simple, elegant, feminine, lace wedding gown. Fully-lined lace bodice with a modest v-neck. Full short sleeves and a-line skirt. Lace-up back.

Shown in snow white and also available in ivory. No size chart.

Blush

Blush creates wedding dresses designed to be comfortable. Sizes range from XXS to 4XL (that means measurements of 33/26/36 to 48/41/51). There’s a specific Curvy & Plus collection for sizes XL-4XL. I believe comparable dresses are available in both the smaller and plus size ranges, so if you see something you like but it’s not in your size range, poke around and see what you can find! Dresses are sold through the website.

Many dresses are rather modest to begin with, though some of us would want higher necklines or other improvements. Camisoles or modesty pieces may work for some (such as v-necklines) but custom changes are available. I don’t know what the cost would be for customization but I think many of the dresses would require relatively minor changes.

Square neckline lace and chiffon mesh wedding dress #1299.

Chiffon mesh and floral lace wedding dress with square neckline and short sleeves. Fully lined except for sleeves. Neckline too low? Remember you can ask about customizations!

Sizes XS through 4XL (see measurements in intro above for a general idea of what that range means).

Bohemian V neckline wedding dress with bell sleeves #1284.

Floor length floral lace wedding dress with long bell sleeves. V-neck would likely require a camisole or modesty piece, or customization. It looks pretty deep. Dress is fully lined except for the sleeves.

Sizes SX-4XL (see intro above for a general idea of what that means).

Ivory wrap lace bohemian wedding dress #1298.

Floor-length dress with wrap v-neck and short flutter sleeves. Neckline is quite deep, so you would likely need a camisole/modesty piece or some type of customization.

Made of soft floral lace and fully lined (except for the sleeves).

Sizes SX-4XL (see intro above for a general idea of what that means).

Long sleeves boat neckline modest wedding dress with floral sash belt #1296.

Ivory wedding dress made of lace fabric. Floor length hemline, long bell sleeves, and boat neckline.

The back is too low and wide, in my opinion, to be modest. However, I included it because that might be a possible customization.

Fully lined (except for the sleeves). However, Blush recommends wearing nude-colored undergarments.

Sizes SX-4XL (see intro above for a general idea of what that means).

See also #1297. Similar dress. Maybe the only difference is #1296 has a belt?
